Comeback is run by [YOUR COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS]. Contact: [EMAIL].
What we keep
Your email address, so you can sign in. And your check-ins: how burned out you felt (1–5), what was draining you (like “work” or “the news”), where you were (desk, out, home or bed), how much time you had, which reset you used, and how you felt after.
What we never keep
Your journal. It lives in your own app (Google Docs, Notes, Notion and so on). Comeback only opens it, and the link is saved on your device, not on our servers. We don’t collect your location, contacts, or anything from your phone.
Consumer health data
Your check-ins may count as “consumer health data” under laws like Washington’s My Health My Data Act. We collect them only with your consent, only to show you your own patterns and pick resets that fit, and we never sell them or use them for advertising. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
Who can see it
Only you. Our database rules stop anyone else, including us, from reading individual check-ins through the app. Our team only ever sees totals across everyone, and only once at least 10 people are active. Our service providers, [Supabase] for hosting and [Stripe] for payments, process data on our behalf under contract.
No ads, no trackers
There are no advertising pixels or analytics trackers in the app.
Your choices
In the app, go to Me to download all your check-ins or delete everything. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and check-ins. [Describe backup deletion timing and how to appeal a request, per the law.]
Age
Comeback is for people 18 and over.
Not medical care
Comeback is a wellness tool for everyday stress and burnout. It isn’t medical care and doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number.
